Cockatoo Lodge is part of the Rivendell Winery Estate in Yallingup, offering the perfect blend of privacy, space, and natural surroundings. With sweeping lawns, native bushland, and direct access to estate amenities including cellar door tastings and beautiful gardens, this home is ideal for relaxed holidays, wedding stays, or corporate getaways. Guests also have the option to book neighbouring villas for group bookings or events.
The property features four bedrooms, two bathrooms (including a master ensuite), two living areas, and open-plan kitchen and dining. Large windows frame views of the bush and garden surrounds, while outdoor dining and a BBQ area invite long afternoons soaking up the setting. Guests also have access to the estate’s shared tennis court, perfect for an energising hit amidst the vines.

Space Description
The home is well equipped for longer stays and group convenience. The kitchen includes a dishwasher, oven, gas stovetop, microwave, full fridge/freezer, coffee machine, and all the cooking basics. Reverse cycle air-conditioning and ceiling fans provide year-round comfort across both living areas and all bedrooms.
A ping pong table, books and games offer entertainment for kids and adults alike, while multiple living zones allow guests to spread out. Two of the bedrooms feature king beds, one a queen, and the fourth includes two single beds, making this layout ideal for families, groups or retreats.
WiFi is available throughout, and guests will also enjoy access to the peaceful estate grounds and easy access to Yallingup, Dunsborough, and the region’s best wineries, surf breaks, and walking trails.
Additional Notes
Cockatoo Lodge is not pet-friendly and is a strictly non-smoking property. Guests are welcome to enjoy wine tastings at the Rivendell cellar door, located within the estate grounds. Please note that access to the vineyards is strictly prohibited. Guests may use the shared tennis court on-site, subject to availability.
Rubbish disposal is via the communal skip bins near the winery sheds (collection on Tuesdays). A digital guest booklet with full check-in instructions will be provided ahead of your stay.
