With Jess and Michael’s backgrounds in team management and design, combined with their shared love and knowledge of the South- West, creating a standout accommodation experience in the region was a no brainer.

Jess and Michael grew up in the South-West of Western Australia and after several years away for study and work the call to return home was strong. In 2019, the couple with their three children, moved back to the region to be close to family and friends, and the seed for Margaret River Properties was born.

“We wanted a business focused on delivering value for the owner by ensuring we create a memorable stay for guests. We pride ourselves on looking after every property to a high standard and with that comes a keen eye for detail. With backgrounds in team management and interior + graphic design we come highly experienced, with a wealth of knowledge about the Margaret River Region.”
