House Rules

GATHERINGS
Shire regulations allow holiday homes to be rented for accommodation purposes only and not as a function venue eg. for a party or wedding. Any unannounced additional guests or parties, functions or gatherings are not allowed. In the event this occurs, additional guests will be asked to vacate the rental property immediately and will result in forfeit of entire bond, and/or possible eviction with no refund.

NOISE RESTRICTIONS
Please be aware permanent residents live next door and noise MUST not become an issue. Noise complaints are a breach of our terms and conditions and may result in forfeit of your bond. Guests may be evicted and/or their security bond forfeited in full. The noise curfew is 10:00pm.

BBQ
If you’re using the BBQ, please clean up after yourself when using the grill, and replace the cover when you’re done. If it’s left excessively dirty, an extra $100 cleaning fee will be applied. Ensure the gas valve & the grill itself are shut off.

LIGHTS
Out of courtesy to our neighbours, could you please ensure that all outdoor lights are turned off when you go to bed each night.

NO SMOKING
All our properties are non-smoking. There will be a substantial additional cleaning fee to remove odors and stains.

FIRES
There are fire restrictions from October to April inclusive and must be strictly observed.

SHOES
Please, no shoes within the house. Minimise the mess.

PARKING
Parking is allowed in your designated parking area.

FURNITURE
Please do not move the furniture around.

CHECK-OUT
Check-Out times are strict. Our cleaning team are on a short timeframe, please be out of the property on time.

WASTE
Garbage and Recycling go in the black and green/yellow bins, respectively. Please empty your waste before leaving.

POOL
These are for your enjoyment, please treat them with respect, there is no drinking permitted inside the pool, and no children are to be left unattended.

PETS
No pets on any furniture or inside bedrooms. No pets to be left unattended, this means pets must travel with you throughout your entire stay, our Noise Restrictions apply if pets are found unattended. No using bowls from the kitchen for your pet. Clean up after your pet.

The space
As you enter the property, there is a large kitchen, which overlooks the dining area, complete with a large dining table and chairs. Make use of the potbelly fire for the winter months. Large sliding doors lead you out to the decked alfresco area, complete with large outdoor table and chairs, a huge daybed, sun lounges, ping pong table, and barbeque. This lovely area overlooks a fully fenced pool; it is the perfect getaway for families looking for extra features.

From the kitchen/dining area you will step down into the lounge area, which is an entertainers delight, featuring: a pool table, couches, a huge 65” Smart TV, DVD player, Stereo and iPod docking station and Foxtel.

The bedrooms are all very generous in size, with a Queen Bed in the main bedroom and a twin plus ensuite. The second master has a Queen bed, whilst the 3rd bedroom has 3 single beds and a trundle. The 4th bedroom is huge with 2 double beds, own TV and shared ensuite. There is a beautiful clawed bath and separate shower located off the main bedroom. The main larger bathroom has a combined corner spa bath/shower and there is a third bathroom located off the laundry with access to the alfresco area, perfect to shower in after a swim. The home is located 400m back from Dunsborough Bay beach. The residence is fully fenced and secure.

Additional notes
Linen is optional ..can be ordered when booking is confirmed... $25 for a linen pack per person which includes beds made with 2 sheets, pillows slips, bathroom towel, bath mat, hand and face towel. All beds have doonas, pillows and blankets.

COVID Policy:
1. Our Standard Cancellation Policy Applies.
2. Western Australian Lockdown occurs for dates booked: A Full Refund is given or if appropriate future dates can be found the booking will be moved.
3. International and Interstate lockdowns: unfortunately no refunds can be issued and the standard cancellation policy applies.
