House Rules

As a Host, my aim is to ensure that you have as comfortable a stay as you possibly can. I want you and your guests to create lasting memories during your stay in our villa.

But to do so, I would really appreciate if you could follow the below house rules. I know, I know, rules are boring… But these rules ensure we can provide future guests with a great experience.

Guests:
We provide for the number of guests in the booking, therefore those staying the night should be in line with this, and we don't accommodate parties.

Kitchen:
Help yourself to anything in the kitchen. We supply tea and coffee, as well as cooking utensils should you wish to cook. My only request is that you wash all dishes and utensils prior to leaving.

Heating:
The property has air conditioning and heating. Please ensure you switch off prior to check out.

Noise:
As neighbours surround our property, we would appreciate after 9PM if you could keep noise down.

Laundry:
There is a laundry available for you to use, with washing liquid in the top cupboard.

The space
Just metres from Dunsborough's best beach, you will love the convenience of having this beautiful area on your back doorstep. Dunsborough's exciting cafes, bars, boutiques & restaurants are a few minutes walk or cycle away either via the tree lined streets of Old Dunsborough or along the breathtaking foreshore.

The home is well designed to accommodate two families, with living areas on both levels, one for the kids and one for the adults. This home is designed to allow the morning and evening light, and to capture the cool evening breezes, with air conditioning and heating throughout. A fully appointed kitchen with the latest modern appliances, including coffee machine, compliments the spacious & comfortable sitting areas with easy access to the outdoor spaces to sit or where you can barbecue in amongst the peppi trees. Each living space has couches you can sink into and TVs with Netflix connected. Upstairs offers a second space to relax and watch a movie or read your book.

The property offers two beautifully appointed spacious queen bedrooms and a third with two single beds all prepared with crisp linens. The master bedroom opens to beautiful views and direct access to the veranda and shares the bathroom, fitted with a jet bath, with the second bedroom. These rooms are located on the second level.

Guests have use of the Whitesands Beach Villas grounds for a game of cricket or lawn bowls and can park their boat in the spare spaces. There is plenty of room for your boat, bikes, canoes and stretching. Family or group of friends, this is the ultimate place to come and enjoy some time away.
Guest access
Guests have exclusive use of Villa 9 with separate parking at the Villa that can easily accommodate four cars off street.
Additional notes
We put a huge effort in to ensure our space is clean & fresh, laundered linens and full detailed clean each time to give you peace of mind.

The villa is 950m to the Quindalup boat ramp, this is where the Whale Watching tours leave from.

Not suitable for school and university leavers.

The property is 2.9km from the town centre of Dunsborough.

Neighborhood overview
Over the road from Geographe Bay, local boat ramps, and easy access to the unique Margaret River food and wine region. The area boasts of local produce, boutique wine and beer, local artisans and artists and many natural attractions and experiences.

Some of note are fishing during the salmon season over Easter, watching the whale migrations, surfing the many surf breaks, riding through Meelup reserve. For the foodies breakfast & coffee at Merchant & Maker or Goanna Gallery or just coffee at Silver Bullet Espresso down at the Old Dunsborough boat ramp, lunch at Wild Hop Brewery or Eagle Bay Brewery and dinner at Snatch, Bayside Burger Bar or Yarri Restaurant depending on what you are feeling.
Getting around
There is a lot of flexibility having your own car, however there are many options for bus tours, and local riding options are well worth trying out.
